The Challenge
Foodlink needed a fundraising film and :30 commercial that could emotionally communicate the impact behind a single meal.
We built the campaign around a simple idea:
One meal is much more than one meal.
The :30 commercial introduced the concept through reverse visual storytelling, tracing a child’s meal backward through every step that made it possible.
The larger event film expanded on that same concept, using the same emotional and visual language to create a deeper connection between the audience and Foodlink’s mission during their annual fundraising event.
Rather than relying on statistics or organizational messaging, the films focused on making Foodlink’s impact feel personal, human, and emotionally immediate.
Featured during Foodlink’s annual fundraising event “The Get Together”, which raised over $245,000 in support of hunger relief efforts across Rochester and the Finger Lakes.

Andrew had a vision for a unique way we could tell Foodlink’s story — and he delivered!
