The Challenge
VA Healthcare needed a way to reach Veterans who may feel isolated, disconnected, or hesitant to engage with federal systems.
Instead of creating a traditional healthcare commercial, we built the campaign around a simple emotional truth: many Veterans miss the sense of connection and understanding that existed during service.
By using real Veterans and grounding the piece in everyday moments of returning home, the film positioned VA Healthcare not simply as a medical provider, but as a place of community, support, and belonging.
